Fair and safe sales process
All BoKlok schemes are sold through special sales events in the closest IKEA store. At present we have schemes for sale in Sweden and Norway.
This unique sales process is normally taking place on a Saturday. At the sales event, staff from the franchisee and IKEA will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.
Anyone who has expressed an interest in a specific project will receive personal invitations and we also usually advertise in the local press.
If you want to buy a BoKlok home you must hand in your application form during the sales event. Just after the end of the sales event BoKlok personell will draw the order of whom are offered to buy a BoKlok home and you will know if you are one of the lucky ones that can choose first.
If you are unable to attend, you can still be able to buy a BoKlok home by sending someone to the sales event with a signed letter stating that you want to buy a home.
