The two bedroom apartment at St James Village, Felling, Gateshead, is available for sale at £105,000 or rent for £595 per month.
In total, and in despite of the downturn in the housing market, developer Live Smart @ Home has managed to secure buyers, or people who are renting, for 35 of the 36 one and two-bedroom apartments.
It is also very close to completing all sale or rental arrangement on the 13 two and three-bedroom houses at St James.
