The BoKlok products are straightforward and designed to attract many people. They are full of cost efficient and smart solutions. All products have a wooden construction. Wood is the only renewable construction material. Smart design together with modern and sustainable productions methods guarantee low energy consumption.

The open space solution of the kitchen and living room offer the customer flexibility to adapt the home to their specific needs. The light and airy rooms can be used for different functions at the same time. The kitchen and some other interior features of the dwellings are from IKEA. A BoKlok principle when designing the homes is that you always should meet light when you enter a home or a room. That’s why the BoKlok apartments have windows in up to three directions!

    "Modern living for the small household."

    This is the flagship - the very first BoKlok product!

    The L-shaped two storey building has a long, well-documented history. It was originally developed for the Swedish market and has also been built in Norway, Finland, Denmark, and Great Britain.

    Each building consists of 6 apartments. Open space solution for kitchen and living room, tiled bathrooms with laundry equipment, wooden flooring, extra large windows, higher ceiling height than normal are some of the features that makes the BoKlok apartments so popular.

    The L-shape gives each block a common courtyard and a community feeling. A common apple tree to care for and a bench to sit down together makes it easy to get to know your neighbour. Each apartment has their own balcony or patio but also access to the communal garden. BoKlok areas are planned for people, not cars!

  • BoKlok Terraced House

    "New modern housing for all people"

    BoKlok has recently launched a terraced house to give even more people a chance to live in a modern new built home to a cost that they can afford.

    The two floors give room for all the functions a family with two children needs. On the ground floor, a light and airy kitchen with space for cooking, home work and entertaining. The living room has large windows that make the whole home connect to the outside environment. The first floor is the private space, with 3 bedrooms a bathroom and a large closet. A well planned outdoor area where it is easy to get to know the neighbours and where everyone feels safe.

    The straight forward architecture makes the production lean and cost efficient. The narrow street front caters for efficient use of land.
